The perfect christmas cookies: pina colada; coconut pineapple cookies; thermomix recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Also:
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 175 g Flour, preferably type 630 spelled
- 65 g Desiccated coconut
- 4 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Cold margarine
- Desiccated coconut
- Pina colada jam; The recipe is in my cookbook
- Knead all the dough ingredients in the mixing bowl for 45 seconds on level 5. With wet hands, roll small portions into balls (approx. The size of a walnut). Roll the balls in desiccated coconut and place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Use the handle of a wooden spoon to make small indentations in the balls. Pour a dollop of jam into each of the hollows. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until golden yellow.
