Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 pinch Salt
- 320 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Bio lemon zest
- 280 g Coconut flakes fine e.g. Edeka good cheap
- 1 packet Wafer paper
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff.
- Brush the powdered sugar through a sieve, then stir in.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Add coconut flakes mix everything well.
- Place wafers on a tray.
- Place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on the wafers and then bake at 150 ° C for about 15 minutes.
