Ingredients
 

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 320 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Bio lemon zest
  • 280 g Coconut flakes fine e.g. Edeka good cheap
  • 1 packet Wafer paper

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff.
  • Brush the powdered sugar through a sieve, then stir in.
  • Stir in lemon juice and zest.
  • Add coconut flakes mix everything well.
  • Place wafers on a tray.
  • Place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on the wafers and then bake at 150 ° C for about 15 minutes.
