- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg, size L
- 65 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Light balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Fine desiccated coconut
- Icing sugar and desiccated coconut for garnish
Instructions

- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (or fan oven 150 degrees) for about 8-10 minutes. Then take it out, pull it off the tray and let it cool down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and desiccated coconut.
