Coconut Chocolate Pudding

The perfect coconut chocolate pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Coconut milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 30 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 35 g Strength
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Desiccated coconut
  1. Put the coconut milk in a saucepan. Put the starch, sugar, cocoa and pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well. Now pour this mixture into the still cold coconut milk and stir until smooth.
  2. Now put the pot on the stove and bring to the boil while stirring constantly, bring to the boil for a short time and then immediately remove from the stove and then pour into dessert glasses and let cool and decorate with desiccated coconut just before serving.
