Coconut Chocolate Pudding
The perfect coconut chocolate pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 30 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 35 g Strength
- 1 pinch Salt
- Desiccated coconut
- Put the coconut milk in a saucepan. Put the starch, sugar, cocoa and pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well. Now pour this mixture into the still cold coconut milk and stir until smooth.
- Now put the pot on the stove and bring to the boil while stirring constantly, bring to the boil for a short time and then immediately remove from the stove and then pour into dessert glasses and let cool and decorate with desiccated coconut just before serving.
