Apple Layer Dessert with Caramel Sauce

The perfect apple layer dessert with caramel sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Apples red
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 cups Potting
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Cantuccini
  • Sugar
  • 0,5 cups Cream
  1. Wash apples, cut into small cubes and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Bring to the boil briefly in a saucepan with honey and a pinch of cinnamon and salt and then remove from the heat. Let cool down.
  2. In the meantime, scrape the vanilla pulp out of the pod and mix with curd cheese. Then whip half a cup of cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold the cream into the curd mixture. Roughly chop the cantuccini and set aside.
  3. Fill dessert glasses alternately with curd cheese, apples and cantuccini. Let it steep in the refrigerator. Finally, caramelize some sugar, deglaze with cream and reduce to the desired consistency. Drizzle over the dessert and serve.
