  • 150 g Apple wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 40 g Raw cane sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 2 tablespoon Amaretto
  • 2 piece Zimtbuchteln *
  • 8 tablespoon Caramel sauce
  1. Bring the apple wedges to the boil with sugar and mix with a tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts and the cinnamon. Cooling down.
  2. Separate eggs. Mix the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and raw cane sugar with a hand mixer until creamy.
  3. Beat the egg whites very stiff and add the crumbled Amarettini biscuits.
  4. Add the amaretto, egg white with biscuits and sour cream to the egg yolk cream and mix everything carefully.
  5. Fill into a suitable container and put it in the freezer. Stir once after two and four hours.
  6. Let thaw for about 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Together with the caramel sauce: Caramel sauce and baking with half a Buchtel: serve a piece of ice cream with an apple filling and a piece of ice cream on a dessert plate.
