Ingredients
- 150 g Apple wedges
- 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chopped hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 piece Eggs
- 40 g Raw cane sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 g Sour cream
- 50 g Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
- 2 tablespoon Amaretto
- 2 piece Cinnamon balls
- 8 tablespoon Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Bring the apple wedges to the boil with sugar and mix with a tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts and the cinnamon. Cooling down.
- Separate eggs. Mix the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and raw cane sugar with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Beat the egg whites very stiff and add the crumbled Amarettini biscuits.
- Add the amaretto, egg white with biscuits and sour cream to the egg yolk cream and mix everything carefully.
- Fill into a suitable container and put it in the freezer. Stir once after two and four hours.
- Let thaw for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Together with the caramel sauce: Caramel sauce and baking with half a Buchtel: serve a piece of ice cream with an apple filling and a piece of ice cream on a dessert plate.
