Pumpkin and Apple Tarte Flambée

The perfect pumpkin and apple tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Flammkuchenteig
  • 300 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Hokkaido
  • 3 Apples
  • 3 Red Onions
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  1. Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper on baking sheet paper.
  2. Season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper and spread over the tarte flambée batter.
  3. Wash the Hokkaido, dab, divide, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
  4. Wash the apples, cut in half and core into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onions.
  5. Now cut the ham into small pieces.
  6. Spread the Hokkaido, apples, onion and ham on the dough, sprinkle with some cheese and put it in the 220c (lower and upper heat) oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Take the tarte flambée out of the oven, let it rest a little and then arrange it on a plate and enjoy — BON APPETITE; 🙂
