Pumpkin and Apple Tarte Flambée
The perfect pumpkin and apple tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Flammkuchenteig
- 300 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 medium-sized Hokkaido
- 3 Apples
- 3 Red Onions
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Grated cheese
- Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper on baking sheet paper.
- Season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper and spread over the tarte flambée batter.
- Wash the Hokkaido, dab, divide, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
- Wash the apples, cut in half and core into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onions.
- Now cut the ham into small pieces.
- Spread the Hokkaido, apples, onion and ham on the dough, sprinkle with some cheese and put it in the 220c (lower and upper heat) oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Take the tarte flambée out of the oven, let it rest a little and then arrange it on a plate and enjoy — BON APPETITE; 🙂
