Apple and Cinnamon Tarte Flambée
The perfect apple and cinnamon tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Apples
- 200 g Crème fraîche 14.5%
- 200 g Flour
- 125 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt
- Sugar and cinnamon mixture
- Knead the flour, oil, water and salt into a dough, roll out thinly
- Mix the creme fraiche with sugar and spread over the dough
- Distribute the apples evenly in thin slices on the dough, sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture (more or less as you like)
