Pasta with Tomatoes, Ricotta & Grana Padano

- Pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Ricotta
- Grana Padano
- Olive oil
- Chopped garlic
- Cook pasta according to your preference, e.g. spaghetti and macaroni in salted water according to the instructions.
- Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, add the chopped garlic, sauté briefly and then add the halved cherry tomatoes. Steam with the lid on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, mix with two tablespoons of olive oil, add salt if necessary and mix with the tomato-garlic sauce.
- Place on a plate, sprinkle with fresh pepper, sprinkle with several small dabs of ricotta and freshly grated Grana Padano.
