Stroganoff

The perfect stroganoff recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pork minute steaks
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 12 piece Mustard cucumber slices
  • 100 ml Mustard pickle water
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 shot White wine
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Servings Rice
  1. Cut the minute steaks into narrow strips and sear them in the pan, season with salt and pepper and then set aside.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the onion and also cut the cucumber slices into narrow strips.
  3. Heat the onions in the pan and add the mushrooms, fry everything nicely and then deglaze with the cucumber water. Add meat and cucumber strips and fold in, deglaze with cream and let the sauce reduce, if you like you can deglaze again with white wine, season the sauce with the spices, sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice.
