Plum and Fig Jam

- 750 g Fresh plums
- 5 piece Figs fresh
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Cinnamon sticks
- Core the plums and chop them into small cubes, it should be 700 g net. Peel the figs, also the white skin if possible, and also cut into small pieces. It should be 300 g net.
