Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Fresh plums
  • 5 piece Figs fresh
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • Cinnamon sticks

Instructions
 

  • Core the plums and chop them into small cubes, it should be 700 g net. Peel the figs, also the white skin if possible, and also cut into small pieces. It should be 300 g net. Mix the two fruits and sprinkle with sugar. Divide the cinnamon sticks into five suitable pieces for five glasses. Add to the fruits and three hours Let the juice steep. Let simmer for 4-6 minutes while stirring. Spread the cinnamon pieces on the glasses, pour in the jam and close tightly.
