My Chocolate Cake
The perfect my chocolate cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g 70% Schokolade
- 200 g Butter (sweet cream)
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 100 g Sliced almonds
- 4 Pc. Free range eggs
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Dark chocolate icing
- Slowly melt the chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan over moderate heat, do not bring to the boil and stir constantly. Let it cool down a little, then gradually stir all the other ingredients into the chocolate butter mixture using the hand mixer. Each ingredient, please, slowly and individually, that’s important 🙂 Then put it in a springform pan well greased with butter and bake at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes (make a stick test).
- Let it cool down a bit and brush with the chocolate icing and sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
