Creamy Yogurt Soup

  • 170 g Ayran
  • 95 g Cream
  • 0,5 tsp Guar gum
  • 1 tsp Wild garlic
  • 20 g Green paprika
  • 30 g Chinese cabbage
  • 2 piece Egg yolks
  • 55 g Poultry Viennese
  1. Cut the cabbage and sausages into small pieces.
  2. Put the ayran, cream, wild garlic, egg yolks and flour in a saucepan and stir well
  3. Then add Chinese cabbage and sausages and heat.
  4. Season to taste with salt and simmer a little.
