- 170 g Ayran
- 95 g Cream
- 0,5 tsp Guar gum
- 1 tsp Wild garlic
- 20 g Green paprika
- 30 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 piece Egg yolks
- 55 g Poultry Viennese
- Cut the cabbage and sausages into small pieces.
