Creamy Summer Soup with Bratwurst Dumplings
The perfect creamy summer soup with bratwurst dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh or frozen carrots and peas
- 0,5 l Powdered meat broth
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 0,25 l Milk
- 2 Egg yolk
- 0,125 l Whipped cream
- 0,125 l Sausages
- 1 tbsp Salt, parsley, dill and lemon balm if necessary
- Stir hot water into a saucepan, stir in meat stock powder, add vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes
- Whisk the flour and milk in a separate container without lumps
- Shape the inside of the sausages into small balls, add these and the whisked milk to the saucepan and boil salt and herbs for 10 minutes
- Mix 2 egg yolks and cream in a cup and add to the soup ATTENTION – DO NOT COOK ANY MORE !!!
