Creamy and Delicious Potato Soup

The perfect creamy and delicious potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potato fresh unpeeled
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 175 g Cream cheese herbs
  • 1 l Broth
  • 3 cm Leek
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes, carrots, onions and ginger. Finely chop the ginger. Dice the potatoes, carrots and onions. Wash the leek, use the white of it (approx. 3cm). Lightly fry the vegetables in the large saucepan with the oil and then deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 25 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and make sure that it has completely dissolved. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
