Stuffed Peppers with Turkey Curry

- 3 Pointed peppers
- 400 gr Turkey meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Apple
- 100 gr Sour cream
- 100 ml Chicken broth
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 1 Tl Curry
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley Tk
- Wash the turkey, apple, onion, garlic and chilli pepper and cut into cubes. Wash, clean and halve the pointed peppers.
- Fry the turkey meat in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté.
- Fry the apples and stir well.
- Stir in the chilli pepper.
- Carefully mix in the sour cream and stock and remove the pan from the hot plate.
- Season with salt, pepper and curry. Fold in the chopped parsley. Tk parsley is also possible.
- Put the curry in a colander and drain the sauce into the baking dish.
- Fill the bell peppers with the curry and place in the mold on the sauce.
- At 200 ° C, 20min. to bake.
