Stuffed Peppers with Turkey Curry

  • 3 Pointed peppers

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Apple
  • 100 gr Sour cream
  • 100 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 Tl Curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Wash the turkey, apple, onion, garlic and chilli pepper and cut into cubes. Wash, clean and halve the pointed peppers.

  3. Add the onion and garlic and sauté.
  4. Fry the apples and stir well.
  5. Stir in the chilli pepper.
  6. Carefully mix in the sour cream and stock and remove the pan from the hot plate.
  7. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Fold in the chopped parsley. Tk parsley is also possible.
  8. Put the curry in a colander and drain the sauce into the baking dish.
  9. Fill the bell peppers with the curry and place in the mold on the sauce.
  10. At 200 ° C, 20min. to bake.
