Glass Noodle Salad with Beef
The perfect glass noodle salad with beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Glass noodles
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
- 20 g Ginger
- 1 tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 200 g Beef fillet
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet and hot chili sauce
- Glass noodles 10 minutes, soak in water, drain in a sieve and cut a little smaller. Cut the spring onions into thin slices.
- Remove the peppers and chilli from dividing walls and seeds and cut into thin slices.
- Peel and finely chop the ginger. Roughly chop the coriander.
- Cut the beef fillet into strips and fry briefly in sesame oil. Then add the ginger, season with salt and let it steep.
- Mix the beef with the spring onions, bell pepper, chilli pepper, coriander and glass noodles. Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce and lime juice and fold into the salad.
