Salad: Pepper and Noodle Salad
The perfect salad: pepper and noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Whole wheat pasta
- 2 Fresh peppers
- 1 kl. Sweet corn canned drained
* for the dressing
- 200 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Seasoned Salt
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Wash the bell peppers, rub dry, remove the seeds and membranes and then cut into pieces. (I had a yellow one and an orange one.)
- Mix the yoghurt and ajvar and season with chilli and herbal salt to taste.
- Put the drained noodles, paprika pieces and corn in a bowl and stir. Then stir in the dressing.
- Now put in the fridge and let it steep for a while.
