Salad: Pepper and Noodle Salad

The perfect salad: pepper and noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Whole wheat pasta
  • 2 Fresh peppers
  • 1 kl. Sweet corn canned drained

* for the dressing

  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, rub dry, remove the seeds and membranes and then cut into pieces. (I had a yellow one and an orange one.)
  3. Mix the yoghurt and ajvar and season with chilli and herbal salt to taste.
  4. Put the drained noodles, paprika pieces and corn in a bowl and stir. Then stir in the dressing.
  5. Now put in the fridge and let it steep for a while.
