Garlic Mushrooms
The perfect garlic mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Brown mushrooms
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 Cooking cream 100 g (here: From HANSANO)
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- Coarse sea salt from the mill
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Chilli flakes
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve or quarter depending on the size. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Heat olive oil (4 tbsp) in a pan, fry the garlic cubes in it / stir-fry, add the mushroom halves and fry / stir-fry for 1 – 2 minutes, deglaze / pour in the cooking cream (100 g) and let everything boil down / reduce a little. Mix the cornstarch in a little cold water and stir in. Season well with coarse sea salt from the mill, colored pepper from the mill and chilli flakes. As soon as it thickens, take it off the stove. Garnish the garlic mushrooms with parsley and serve the baguette.
