Ingredients
 

  • 14 Big mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Serrano ham
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 3 tbsp Sherry
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 14 g Spring onions
  • 400 ml Sour cream
  • 1 Instant onion soup (out of the bag)
  • 1 Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stems from the large mushrooms and scrape out the lamellas with a spoon.
  • Chop the stalks with a large onion and a clove of garlic. Fry everything with the sliced ​​serrano and boil down with white wine and sherry.
  • Pour the mixture into the oiled mushrooms, cover with the cheese and put in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the onion sticks and sour cream with a bag of onion soup and spread on one half of the frozen puff pastry. Cut into strips and brush with egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
