  • 400 ml Sour cream
  • 1 piece Instant onion soup (out of the bag)
  • 1 piece Puff pastry
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  1. Remove the stems from the large mushrooms and scrape out the lamellas with a spoon.
  2. Chop the stalks with a large onion and a clove of garlic. Fry everything with the sliced ​​serrano and boil down with white wine and sherry.
