Chicken Breast with Garlic and Mushrooms

Ingredients
 

For the serano figs

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 glass White wine
  • 10 Figs
  • 10 Discs Serano ham
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes, peel and dice the garlic and onions and add to the meat, season with salt and pepper, pour over the oil and leave to stand in the fridge in a closed saucepan for about five hours.
  • Fry the meat in the oil stock with the onions and garlic in a pan, clean the mushrooms, add to the meat and sauté, deglaze with the cream and white wine and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  • Wrap the figs in the Serano ham and fry them in hot oil until crispy brown.
  • There was also a herb bread.
