Leberkäse Gyros

The perfect leberkäse gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Meatloaf
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Size Onion
  • Gyros spice
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the meat loaf, the washed and pitted peppers into strips. Peel the onion and cut it into rings or strips.
  2. Put everything in a large bowl and mix with plenty of olive oil and gyros spice. If you like, you can also squeeze and add a clove of garlic.
  3. Let the whole thing stand for about 20 minutes.
  4. Put everything in a large pan and fry well.
  5. A salad with flatbread and tzatziki tastes best! 🙂
