Ingredients
- 750 g Chicken breast fillet
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Gyros spice
- 1 tsp Chopped chives
- 4 large Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 cups Sour cream
- Garlic salt, pepper,
Instructions
Chicken gyros
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into small strips and fry in a pan in a little olive oil. Add the broth and cook while stirring. When it's overcooked, let it get crispy! Season with the gyros spice and finally add a teaspoon of chives.
Tomato salad
- For the tomato salad, wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Now you put the sour cream in a vessel and season it with the garlic salt, the pepper and the teaspoon of chives. Then stir the mixture into the salad and you're done! You can, for example, eat rice or flatbread with it. Good hunger! 🙂
