Leberkäse Gyros
The perfect leberkäse gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Meatloaf
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Size Onion
- Gyros spice
- Olive oil
- Cut the meat loaf, the washed and pitted peppers into strips. Peel the onion and cut it into rings or strips.
- Put everything in a large bowl and mix with plenty of olive oil and gyros spice. If you like, you can also squeeze and add a clove of garlic.
- Let the whole thing stand for about 20 minutes.
- Put everything in a large pan and fry well.
- A salad with flatbread and tzatziki tastes best! 🙂
