Mojito Syrup

The perfect mojito syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 ml Lemon juice
  • 450 ml Water
  • 600 g Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Handful Mint fresh
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod
  1. Bring the juice, water and sugar to the boil. The sugar must be dissolved. Then pour over the mint, lemon and vanilla and let it steep for about 24 hours.
  2. Filter through a cloth and boil the syrup again and fill into bottles. Cap it and turn it upside down for a few seconds to sterilize the bottle. Tastes great with white rum but also with water as an alcohol-free variant.
