Mojito Syrup
The perfect mojito syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 ml Lemon juice
- 450 ml Water
- 600 g Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Handful Mint fresh
- 0,5 Vanilla pod
- Bring the juice, water and sugar to the boil. The sugar must be dissolved. Then pour over the mint, lemon and vanilla and let it steep for about 24 hours.
- Filter through a cloth and boil the syrup again and fill into bottles. Cap it and turn it upside down for a few seconds to sterilize the bottle. Tastes great with white rum but also with water as an alcohol-free variant.
