Sweet Potato Goulash

The perfect sweet potato goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Sweet potato
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 350 g Onions
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes (walnut size). Heat oil in a pot. Braise the chopped garlic and onion cubes. Add the potato cubes and tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Stir the sour cream into the sweet potato goulash. Possibly season again with salt, pepper, chilli flakes. Sprinkle the goulash with parsley.
