Tarte Flambée with Tomatoes

- 4 piece Tomatoes
- 220 g Flour
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 300 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 0,5 bunch Basil
- 1 Prices Pepper
- For the dough: knead the flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, egg yolk, salt and 100 ml of water to form a smooth dough. Brush the dough ball with the remaining oil and wrap it in foil and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Halve the dough ball. Roll out each portion of dough on a floured work surface into a thin flatbread.
- Stir the crème fraîche with salt and pepper until smooth, spread on the two flat cakes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel the onion and cut into slices, cover the dough with onion rings and tomato slices and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle tarte flambée with basil sticks and serve hot.
