Mango Cream with Chia Seeds

The perfect mango cream with chia seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh mango
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 2 teaspoon Mint sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Fig balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Citric acid
  • 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
  1. Squeeze the orange – cut the mango into cubes … see my tip: http://www./tipp/620/Mango-zerteilen-und-servieren-ganz-einfach.html
  2. Finely puree the mango cubes together with yoghurt and orange juice – finely season with a pinch of citric acid, mint sugar (see my recipe: mint sugar) and mild fig balsamic vinegar
  3. Finally add the chia seeds, mix everything well and pour into pretty serving glasses – for a few hours. refrigerate
