Mango Cream with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Fresh mango
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 2 teaspoon Mint sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Fig balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Citric acid
  • 3 tablespoon Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the orange - cut the mango into cubes ...
  • Finely puree the mango cubes together with yoghurt and orange juice - finely season with a pinch of citric acid, mint sugar (see my recipe: mint sugar) and mild fig balsamic vinegar
  • Finally add the chia seeds, mix everything well and pour into pretty serving glasses - for a few hours. refrigerate

  • the chia seeds are not only extremely healthy, but they also swell in connection with moisture and thus gel this creamy dish in a pleasant way without gelatin ...
