Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh mango
- 250 g Yogurt
- 1 whole Orange
- 2 teaspoon Mint sugar
- 2 teaspoon Fig balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Citric acid
- 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
Instructions
- Squeeze the orange - cut the mango into cubes ...
- Finely puree the mango cubes together with yoghurt and orange juice - finely season with a pinch of citric acid, mint sugar (see my recipe: mint sugar) and mild fig balsamic vinegar
- Finally add the chia seeds, mix everything well and pour into pretty serving glasses - for a few hours. refrigerate

- the chia seeds are not only extremely healthy, but they also swell in connection with moisture and thus gel this creamy dish in a pleasant way without gelatin ...
