Cooking: Potato Goulash with Sausages

  • 750 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • 0,25 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 pinch Ground caraway
  • 1 pinch Ground cumin
  • 1 pinch Celery tuber powder
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 500 ml Water hot
  • 5 Sausages / Bockwurst / Vienna sausages
  • Oil
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into very small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the potatoes. Then add the tomato and pepper pulp and the spices.
  3. Then add water, add carrots and kohlrabi, put the lid on and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are done.
  4. Cut the sausages into small pieces and add them to the pan, leave to stand for a few more minutes.
