Potato Soup with Sausages,

The perfect potato soup with sausages, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Soup vegetables
  • 1 Parsnip fresh
  • 1,75 liter Water
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 4 Viennese
  • Of course, Bockwurst or other sausages are also possible
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  1. Cut the potatoes and vegetables into cubes. Schnippelstunde 🙂
  2. Boil everything in a saucepan with the water and the brewing seasoning. For me it was 20 minutes.
  3. Puree the soup with a hand blender. Pour the Viennese into the soup and warm up again. Fold in the cut parsley for 10 minutes.
  4. Fry the bacon in a separate pan and add to the potato soup.
