Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 Soup vegetables
- 1 Parsnip fresh
- 1,75 L Water
- 3 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 4 Viennese
- Of course, Bockwurst or other sausages are also possible
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes and vegetables into cubes. Schnippelstunde 🙂
- Boil everything in a saucepan with the water and the brewing seasoning. For me it was 20 minutes.
- Puree the soup with a hand blender. Pour the Viennese into the soup and warm up again. Fold in the cut parsley for 10 minutes.
- Fry the bacon in a separate pan and add to the potato soup.
