Cooking: Potato Goulash with Sausages

- 750 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- 0,25 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Ground caraway
- 1 pinch Ground cumin
- 1 pinch Celery tuber powder
- Crushed red pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- 500 ml Water hot
- 5 Sausages / Bockwurst / Vienna sausages
- Oil
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into very small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the potatoes. Then add the tomato and pepper pulp and the spices.
- Then add water, add carrots and kohlrabi, put the lid on and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are done.
- Cut the sausages into small pieces and add them to the pan, leave to stand for a few more minutes.
