Cooking: Quick Red Lentil Stew
The perfect cooking: quick red lentil stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Water
- 150 g Lentils red
- 0,5 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 3 tbsp Acuka = hot spice paste
- Salt
- Bring the water to the boil, add the lentils and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into rings, then add to the saucepan.
- Stir in the spice paste (a little more or less depending on your taste) and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
- Then add salt to taste.
- SPICE PASTE consists of: paprika pulp, tomato paste, walnuts, hazelnuts, vegetable oil, garlic, salt, sugar, coriander, thyme, cumin, pepper
- PS: If you prepare the stew a few hours in advance, it is well drawn and then tastes even better. Then you only need to warm it up (after work).
