Chicken Legs with Garlic, Onion and Apple
The perfect chicken legs with garlic, onion and apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken legs
- 2 Fresh onions
- 2 Apples
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 300 g Small potatoes
- 200 ml White wine
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Orange
- Wash the potatoes and cut into slices with the skin on. Peel and dice the onions. Peel the carrots into pieces or slices. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges.
- Heat the oil in a pan, season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and sear them on all sides. Reduce the heat, add onions and garlic and sauté. Add potatoes and apple, dust with paprika, sprinkle rosemary sprigs on top and pour on the wine. Put the lid on and stew for about 45 minutes.
- Squeeze the orange, add the juice to the pan and bring to the boil again. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. We like to have baguettes with it. Good Appetite.
