Ingredients
- 4 Chicken legs
- 750 g Onions
- 3 large Red peppers
- 400 ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Chicken broth instant
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and dab the chicken drumsticks and fry them on both sides in hot olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and remove from the pan.
- Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin wedges. Wash the peppers, pat dry and cut into strips. Braise in the remaining frying fat. Pour in the cream and add the broth to taste. Put the vegetables in a large baking dish. Place the chicken drumsticks on top and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
- Roasted potatoes and bread go well with this.
