Cooking: Hunter Style Chicken Pan
The perfect cooking: hunter style chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Cream
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- Seasoned Salt
- Colorful pepper
- Oil
- Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Peel the peppers, remove the seeds and the membranes and also cut into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions, then add the peppers and sauté. Then add the mushrooms as well.
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a second pan and lightly fry the meat in it, then add to the vegetables.
- Stir the tomato paste into the pan. Then deglaze with water. Then stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Now simmer with the lid on at a low temperature for about 30-35 minutes.
- Then remove the lid, turn off the stove, stir in the sour cream and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Place on plate with any side dish (we have new pell potatoes) and serve.
