Cooking: Hunter Style Chicken Pan

The perfect cooking: hunter style chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Red onions
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 500 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Colorful pepper
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Peel the peppers, remove the seeds and the membranes and also cut into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions, then add the peppers and sauté. Then add the mushrooms as well.
  3. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a second pan and lightly fry the meat in it, then add to the vegetables.
  4. Stir the tomato paste into the pan. Then deglaze with water. Then stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Now simmer with the lid on at a low temperature for about 30-35 minutes.
  6. Then remove the lid, turn off the stove, stir in the sour cream and let it steep for a few minutes.
  7. Place on plate with any side dish (we have new pell potatoes) and serve.
