Dessert: Strawberry Ice Cream

The perfect dessert: strawberry ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 100 ml Water
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Lemon fresh
  • 1 pinch Grated tonka beans
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Put the water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes, so that a syrup is formed. Let this cool down.
  2. Wash and puree the strawberries. Squeeze the lemon and add lemon juice and tonka bean.
  3. Mix the cooled syrup with the strawberry puree and cream. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Now pour the mixture into the container of the ice cream maker and set it to 40 minutes. (If you don’t put the mass in the fridge beforehand, the freezing time will be longer.)
