Cooking: Tomato Soup with Beans

The perfect cooking: tomato soup with beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 400 g Cutting beans
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,25 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Curry powder
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Chilli oil
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the potatoes.
  2. Stir in sugar, curry, then tomato paste, toast briefly. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Pour water on and add the beans. Season to taste with herbal salt and Pul Biber.
  4. Now cover with the lid and cook for 60-90 minutes (until the beans are soft) over medium heat. Possibly to taste.
  5. OIL: I used the herbal oil “Arabica” from my KB: ….. Spice: Herbal oil “Arabica” …..
  6. Variation 6: If you don’t like it too tomato, you can only use 1/2 can of tomatoes and then a little more water or vegetable broth (then less salt). The amount of potatoes and beans can also be changed a little if desired.
