Cooking: Tomato Soup with Beans
The perfect cooking: tomato soup with beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Fresh onion
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Cutting beans
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 liter Water
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,25 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Curry powder
- Crushed red pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Chilli oil
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the potatoes.
- Stir in sugar, curry, then tomato paste, toast briefly. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour water on and add the beans. Season to taste with herbal salt and Pul Biber.
- Now cover with the lid and cook for 60-90 minutes (until the beans are soft) over medium heat. Possibly to taste.
- OIL: I used the herbal oil “Arabica” from my KB: ….. Spice: Herbal oil “Arabica” …..
- Variation 6: If you don’t like it too tomato, you can only use 1/2 can of tomatoes and then a little more water or vegetable broth (then less salt). The amount of potatoes and beans can also be changed a little if desired.
