Dumpling Bread Casserole
The perfect dumpling bread casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Dough:
- 3 El Butter
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 El Sugar
- 2 Vials Taste of rum
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 250 g Quark
- 2 El Food starch
- 2 Egg white
- Furthermore:
- 5 handful Dumpling bread
- 2 size Apples cut into small pieces
- Raisins as desired
- 2 Egg white
- Mix the ingredients for the dough. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Fold in the dumpling bread, apples and raisins. Line a medium-sized baking dish with baking paper, pour in the mixture. Beat the egg white to stiff snow and brush over it, lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce.
