Eggplant Burger
The perfect eggplant burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 large Eggplant fresh
- 1 packet Mozzarella
- 3 tsp Mustard
- 1 handful Chives
- 3 leaves Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Work the minced meat with chives (rolls), salt, pepper, paprika powder, basil leaves (small chopped) and the egg into a mass.
- 6 Cut aubergine thalers a little thicker (for the bottom) and 6 thinner thalers.
- Brush the thicker thalers with mustard and place in a suitable dish.
- Shape the mince into small, suitable meatballs and place on the thalers.
- Put thinner eggplant thalers on top (as a lid)
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the burgers.
- Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
