Colorful Asparagus Bread Salad

- 1 Pc. Ciabatta
- 1 bunch Asparagus green
- 10 Pc. Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Diced pork belly
- Parmesan
- Olive oil
- 4 Pc. Pressed garlic
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dice the ciabatta, wash the asparagus and cut into pieces, place the heads separately. Halve tomatoes. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Boil eggs for 8 minutes and quarter them.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the asparagus al dente (add the tips later). Turn the ciabatta cubes in the seasoning oil and bake on a baking sheet for 5-8 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients into a salad, add a little salt and pepper if necessary, cover with the egg quarters and grate the Parmesan over the top.
