Colorful Asparagus Bread Salad

The perfect colorful asparagus bread salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Ciabatta
  • 1 bunch Asparagus green
  • 10 Pc. Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Diced pork belly
  • Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • 4 Pc. Pressed garlic
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Dice the ciabatta, wash the asparagus and cut into pieces, place the heads separately. Halve tomatoes. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Boil eggs for 8 minutes and quarter them.
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the asparagus al dente (add the tips later). Turn the ciabatta cubes in the seasoning oil and bake on a baking sheet for 5-8 minutes.
  1. Mix all the ingredients into a salad, add a little salt and pepper if necessary, cover with the egg quarters and grate the Parmesan over the top.
