Shepherd’s Skewers Fried with Colorful Salad with Asparagus & Butter Rice!

Sauce .

  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 0,5 Pc. Grated carrots
  • 120 g Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped basil
  • Dried thyme
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Garnish :

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 3 Cup Salted water
  • 40 g Liquid butter

Colorful salad with asparagus:

  • 6 Pc. Oak leaf salad mixed, cut
  • 2 Pc. White asparagus spears
  • 4 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut

planed:

  • 4 Pc. Radish
  • 0,125 Pc. Diced cucumber
  • 10 Pc. Wild strawberries
  • 10 Pc. Daisy
  • 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • Dried dill

1 Tag zuvor !

Preparation :

  1. I cut peeled asparagus into slices, add lemon juice, salt and sugar in the water and blanched, quenched.

Cucumber :
