Colorful Salad with Green Asparagus
The perfect colorful salad with green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Sliced cucumber
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 5 Quarter tomatoes
- 250 Green asparagus
- 2 Green olives
- Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Red onion
- Parsley
- 2 Fresh celery
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Wash everything thoroughly, cut the asparagus into fine pieces, quarter the tomatoes, cut the cucumber into slices, finely chop the iceberg lettuce, cut the onion into fine rings and cut the celery into fine pieces and cut the yellow bell pepper into fine strips. Mix everything well with salt and pepper, add the green olives and olive oil and stir again, then garnish with parsley and serve.
