Nacho Salad

The perfect nacho salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Can Corn
  • 2 Can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 bottle Salsa sauce
  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 bag Nachos
  1. Dice the onions and fry them together with the minced meat. Let cool and transfer to a large bowl.
  1. 1 can of corn and 1 can of beans on the minced meat, then spread half of the salsa sauce over it. Now put the second cans of corn and beans on top, then the rest of the sauce.
  1. Clean and chop the iceberg lettuce and add to the lettuce, then creme fraiche on the iceberg lettuce, then spread the cheese on top.
  1. Crumble 3 / 4 of the nachos and spread them on the cheese. take the remaining nachos to decorate.
