Quark with Pineapple and Tangerines

The perfect quark with pineapple and tangerines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Quark
  • 500 g Sour cream
  • 2 Can Pineapple canned
  • 2 Can Mandarin oranges
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 piece Lemon
  1. Mix the quark with the sour cream with a little juice from the pineapple and tangerine and stir until creamy.
  1. Now stir in the lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally fold in the fruit carefully.
  1. Pour into a bowl and decorate with fruit.
